How do I get the App?

The Snap2Travel app is  available through Apple’s iTunes or App Store and on the Android Market.

What details are required from me for initial registration?

There is no initial registration required for the use of the app. In order to proceed with contacting your travel agent, a once off registration of your e-mail address is required

How much does the app cost?

The app is free of charge for the traveller. Depending on network provider, data charges maybe incurred.

What devices does it work on?

This app can be used on all iPhone and android models ( HTC, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, Motorola & LG).

Will Snap2Travel be available on other mobile phone systems?

Yes, this technology will be extended to further mobile phone systems in the future.

What content can I get?

Details, pricing and availability check on all hotels and apartments in the following DERTOUR brochures is available:

Can products from other German tour operators be accessed via the app?

DERTOUR is Snap2Travels sole partner at present and currently only DERTOUR’s above mentioned catalogues can be used for this application.

Is it possible to book a full travel itinerary via Snap2Travel?

No, this is not possible. When you have decided on your hotel you can simply forward your information directly from the app to your travel agent via email or tel.
